After 30 years of almost weekly travel, Jesse Hernandez retired from his wholesaler role at Voya and chose to continue serving retirement plans—as a fiduciary consultant. He brings deep industry expertise and a hands-on

Jesse helps employers benchmark performance, raise service standards, and deliver measurable outcomes. His focus includes plan design, fiduciary oversight,
participant education, and financial wellness—while providing white-glove service. Jesse’s DNA is rooted in service.

He and his wife Rachelle have been married 30 years and love spending time with their grown children—Angelea, an entrepreneur, and Paul, a collegiate wrestler at UCM. Their greatest joy is preparing their Sunday “family table,” where meals are crafted together and shared with friends and family.
