Prevail Innovative Wealth Strategies Launches Private Client Group
Bryan Farwell joined Prevail Strategies at the start of 2022 as Director of the newly formed Private Client Group (PCG). A division within the organization focused on serving the unique needs of the affluent, business owners, and high-net-worth families. Prevail’s PCG will focus on leveraging the organization’s established custom investment strategies, asset protection, and tax-efficient wealth creation solutions while adding direct private investment opportunities sourced for members of The Private Client Group.
Jonathan Staton J.D. L.LM, CFA, CFP, CTFA has recently been added to Prevail’s Private Client Group team as the Manager of Advanced Planning. Jonathan’s background as a Trust Attorney and Officer brings significant experience in family governance, legal, estate, and tax strategies, which are all areas of focus for the new division. The division will also provide guidance on liquidity and exit design solutions for all phases of our client’s different life and business cycles.

Prevail Innovated Wealth Strategies was founded when Kerry Lawing sold Lawing Financial in 2017. Kerry, along with a hand-picked team from the previous organization had a vision to disrupt the financial services industry. Since then, the team has launched Prevail Innovative Wealth Advisors, a Registered Investment Advisor, focused on delivering custom-built strategic investment portfolios, and Prevail Innovative Real Estate Opportunities, a division focused on private off-market real estate investments for clients.
